Three steps to send Noomi home.

STEP 01

Pack

Power off the device. Coil the built-in cables back into the side. Place it in the prepaid envelope that came in your box.

Drop

In any US mailbox or post-office collection box. No printer, no dropoff appointment, no return label to generate — postage was paid at checkout.

Confirm

We email you when the device is received — usually 3–5 business days after you mail it. No charge is held against your card unless the device doesn't come back within the late-return window.

  • Built-in cables
    Stay attached to the device — they retract into the side. Nothing to detach.
  • The prepaid envelope
    The one from your original box. Address + postage are pre-printed.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Lost or damaged — what it costs.

Without protection

The most you'll ever pay is $199.00 — if the device doesn't come back, or comes back damaged beyond repair. A missing USB-C cable is $15.00, a missing pouch is $10.00. Normal cosmetic wear isn't chargeable.

With protection

Add full damage protection at checkout — $2.99/day, billed for your trip length (you see the total before you confirm). Waives the $199.00 device fee (lost or damaged beyond repair). Covers liquid damage, drops, a lost device. Missing cable or pouch isn't waived.

TIMING + HELP

When to mail it back.

Drop the envelope in any mailbox on or before your return date. There's a 48-hour grace period after that. Beyond that, the daily rental rate keeps running until the device is back in transit — no separate late fee.

Shipping and return shipping calculated at checkout. We ship to US addresses only. Order at least 7 days before departure for the best rates.
