Order at least 7 days before departure
We prep, pack, and time every shipment to target arrival about 2 days before your departure date. That builds in a buffer for carrier delays — if anything slips, we still have time to course-correct.
On the booking date picker, we show your exact cutoff date — pick your departure first, the order-by date appears next to it.
If a carrier delay puts your trip at risk
We monitor carrier tracking on every order. If a shipment shows signs of running past your departure, we either expedite a replacement to your hotel or airport, or refund the full rental — your call. We do not silently leave you stranded.
