How do I check my destination?
Start a booking at noomi.travel/booking, type your country in step 1, and we'll show you whether we cover it and the per-day rate. If your destination isn't listed, write to hello@noomi.travel; we sometimes have carrier coverage that isn't yet exposed in the public booking flow.
Can I use one device in multiple countries on one trip?
Yes — with a regional pass. A standard rental covers one country at that country's daily rate. If your trip crosses borders, pick the regional pass for your route at checkout (Europe, Asia, North America, Oceania, or Global); one device then covers the whole trip, with nothing to change and no SIM to swap. Within your rental's coverage, the device connects through supported local networks automatically.
Do all countries have the same rate?
No. Each country has its own daily rate set by what we pay the local carrier plus our margin. Daily rates start at $9.99/day, and on longer trips the later days bill at a lower rate. You see the exact per-country rate in the booking flow before you commit to dates.
Are speeds the same in every country?
Speed depends on which carrier we use in that country. Coverage tier is on the destination page for each country we have detailed data for. Solid 4G/LTE in major destinations. 5G is rolling out where carriers support it. See the Fair Use page for honest notes on which countries see throttling.
What if my country isn't supported?
If we don't cover your destination, we say so during booking — we don't take money for a trip we can't actually serve. We're expanding coverage continuously; if your country isn't supported today, write to us so we can prioritize.
