When can I expect it?
Noomi ships to US addresses only. Checkout shows the available carriers and their transit estimates. We email you a tracking link when your device ships.
What if I want it earlier?
You can request earlier shipping when you book — write a note in the booking flow, and we'll ship it as soon as your order is processed (typically same-day if you order before noon ET). Standard timing exists so you don't pay for storage; if you'd rather have it in hand sooner, just ask.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and return shipping are calculated at checkout. You choose from the carrier options available for your address and timing. A prepaid return label is included in the box. An expedite fee may apply when the shipping window is tight.
What if the carrier delays it?
